How to Place An Order

B）Self Collection

Step 1: Select your item and enter the relevant quantity, then click "ADD TO CART”. 

Step 2: Select shopping cart icon at the top of the page and click “CHECKOUT”.

Step 3: Click “ADD NEW ADDRESS”. Then, enter the required information and click “SAVE ADDRESS”.

Step 4: On the billing & shipping page, select a billing address from the billing address drop-down list. Then, choose  "Self Collection" option.

                    Then, select region and your Preferred Retail Outlet from the list  of available retail oulets.

            Tick “I have read & agree to the Term of Use” and click “NEXT STEP”

Step 6: View your order. Enter your promotion code (if available) or amount (ZTP loyalty points redemption) (if available) that you want to offset. Click on “PROCEED TO PAYMENT”.

Step 7: You may pay via Paypal. Fill in the relevant information to complete your purchase process.

(If you do not have a PayPal account, please select "Pay with Credit or Debit card" option. )

Step 8: You will receive an on-screen order confirmation, as well as a second confirmation via e-mail.

Please note that you will receive another 'Ready For Collection' e-mail once your order has arrived at the chosen store.
