First Time Login Instructions

If you are a ZTP member and first time login to ZTP Estore account, please activate your ZTP membership eStore Account.

If you are not a ZTP member, you may shop in Estore as a guest without login.

Step 1: Select MY ACCOUNT at the top of the page. 

Step 2: Click on “First time eStore Login?”

Step 3: Enter your registered contact number and last 4 characters of NRIC/ Permit Card (Eg:456D). Click “VERIFY MEMBERSHIP”.

Step 4: Enter your email and click “SUBMIT”.

Step 5: A confirmation email will be sent to your email address to set your password.

Step 6: After setting a password, your account is now activated. You can log in to your account.
