How to Place An Order

A）Home Delivery

Step 1: Select your item and enter the relevant quantity, then click "ADD TO CART”. 

Step 2: Select shopping cart icon at the top of the page and click “CHECKOUT”.

Step 3: Click “ADD NEW ADDRESS”. Then, enter the required information and click “SAVE ADDRESS”.

Step 4: On the billing & shipping page, select a billing address from the billing address drop-down list. Then, you may choose shipping option: “Ship to Same Address” or “Ship to Multiple Address” or "Self Collection"

                    Select a shipping address from the Shipping Address drop-down list.

            Tick “I have read & agree to the Term of Use” and click “NEXT STEP”

            Ship to Multiple Address

                    For each item in the order, select a shipping address from the shipping address drop-down list. The Shipping Address drop-down list                    contains all the addresses in the your address book. You can also click enter a new address to add your new address.

            Tick “I have read & agree to the Term of Use” and click “NEXT STEP”

Step 6: View your order. Enter your promotion code (if available) or amount (ZTP loyalty points redemption) (if available) that you want to offset. Click on “PROCEED TO PAYMENT”.

Step 7: You may pay via Paypal. Fill in the relevant information to complete your purchase process.

(If you do not have a PayPal account, please select "Pay with Credit or Debit card" option. )

Step 8: You will receive an on-screen order confirmation, as well as a second confirmation via e-mail.
