Tangshen root,
Fragrant solomonseal rhizome,
Common yam rhizome,
Membranous milkvetch root,
Barbary wolfberry fruit,
Top shell slide,
Mixed Spices Powder.
Directions:
Add 300g of meat and ingredients together with 1.5 to 2 litres of boiling water. Simmer for 2 hours under low heat and ready to serve.
Storage: Keep in a cool dry place, best kept in refrigerator.
