Overview

Ba Zhen Tang is an excellent tonic for the blood. It can be used by both women and men, but is best known as a female tonic for supporting a healthy menstrual cycle. Particularly suitable for women who experience monthly discomfort and cold feet and cold hands. It is also the perfect nourishing soup for those with pale complexion.

Chuanxiong rhizome,

Largehead Atractylodes rhizome,

White poeny root,

Liquorice.

How To Use

Directions:

Add 300g of meat and ingredients together with 1.5 to 2 litres of boiling water. Simmer for 2 hours under low heat, add salt and ready to serve..

Storage: Keep in a cool dry place, best kept in refrigerator.
